She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Roberson Evans and James Oscar Evans, Jr.; her husband Ellsworth Frederick Burch, Jr.; her brother James Russell Evans; and her nephew Russ Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Troyer of Lexington, Ellsworth Burch (Julie) of Hartsville and Meranda Zion of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Brian Troyer, Jr., Alex Troyer (Rachel), Worth Burch (Madeline), Taylor Burch, Allison Dickerson (Blanton), Sam Zion (Shayla) and Noah Zion; her sister-in-law Lenora Evans; her nephew Blake Evans; her niece April Evans; and her daughter-in-law Lauren Evans. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cain Calcutt Funeral Home (512 2nd Loop Rd, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Women's Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #140, PO Box 153, Lynchburg, SC 29080.
