In the vast expanse of eternity, Lorenzo Rivera shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo R. Vergara and Nenita Rivera Vergara; and his daughter Lorie Vergara Bailey. He is survived by: the mother of his children Elena Vergara; his children, Arnold Vergara, Maria Jeanette Weaver, Glenda Nikolakakos and Liezl Vergara Bonilla; and his sister Rosela V. Goldman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (2536 Hoffmeyer Rd, Florence, SC 29501).
