He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemon Parrott and Lela Parrott of Lake City, SC.; and his brother Cecil (Virginia). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Houck; his daughter Debra; and his close friend Leah Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
