He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Howard. He is survived by: his parent Emma Howard; his children, Leroy Jackson Jr., Herman Jackson, Leo Briggs, Rosa Briggs and Lisa Jackson; and his sister Annie Jackson-Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; thirteen great great-grandchildren.
