It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Calvin King of Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Ruth King and Roy Lee Tolley; his daughter Nicole King Smith; his siblings, Don Tolley, Fred Tolley, Leroy Tolley and Barbara Sue Bennette; and his great grandchild Adeline Joy Butler.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Walker King; his sons, Leonard Calvin King II (Shannon) and John Thomas King (Nicole); his son-in-law Norman Smith; and his siblings, John Tolley, Margaret Bunch, Betty Fugate, Mary Tolley, Helen Dillon and Paula Jean Fox. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
