It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Carroll Windham of Florence, South Carolina, born in Lamar, South Carolina, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon J. Windham and Beulah Amerson Windham; and his wife Dorothy Bryant Windham. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Hyler (Danny) of Florence and Lisa Matthews (Lex) of Florence; his grandchildren, Jonathan Hyler of Roswell, GA, Jennifer Yacoubian (Dikran), Julia Hyler, Justin Matthews (Olivia Edwards) and Thomas Matthews; his great grandchildren, Ellie Hyler, Olivia Yacoubian and Noah Yacoubian; and his siblings, Myrtle Windham Lowman and Eston Windham (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
