He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Grace Clyburn Gregory and Thomas Jefferson Gregory, Sr.; his son Lanny Rhett Gregory Jr. (Tonya); and his siblings, Mary Lou Phillips (Phil) and Bobby Gregory (Sue).
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Morrison Gregory; his son Robert Christopher Dew (Kerry) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandson Jack Dew.
