She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Benny Holbrooks; and her siblings, Raymond F. Hatchell and Barbara Jean Woodberry. She is survived by: her children, Paige Holbrooks and Charles Benny "Chip" Holbrooks (Roxane); her grandchildren, Rachel Sawyer (Bishop), Devon Grier (Brian Shirley), Alyssa Holbrooks and Charles Benny "Chase" Holbrooks III; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Benton, Blakely, Ella, Hudson and Elaina; and her brothers, Larry B. Hatchell (Ann) and Stephen I. Hatchell.

Memorials in her honor may be made to a charity of one's choice.

“I remember meeting Judy and her husband Benny more than 50 years ago. My first remembrances were her beautiful smile. She was always the life of any party. Benny and I became great friends and would drink coffee for hours and was there was never a board moment as Benny kept you laughing. I can remember so many time " he would always say Judy would never let me do that. I remember one time he hired a man and his wife to work in the family business and it was not ran by Judy and it didn't work.”
