She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl L. Hoover and Vera E. McCants Hoover; and her son Kenneth D. Anderson, Jr. (Jessalyn W. Thomas). She is survived by: her husband Robert M. "Bobby" Henegar of Florence; her siblings, Ronald E. Hoover (Ina) of Charleston, Dorry H. Schultz of Lexington and John E. Hoover (Myra) of Charleston; and her daughter-in-law Mirtie B. Anderson of Lake City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished friends.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (700 S Park Ave, Florence, SC 29501).
