He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Eugene Fulmer; his brother Mathew Fulmer; his grandparents, Joe, Helen Kozele, Paul and Anna Bash; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Baker.
He is survived by: his mother Vivian Kozele Howard; his father-in-law Bill; his wife Melissa B. Fulmer; his daughters, Lauren Blake Fulmer (Landon Boswell) and Logan Caroline Fulmer; his close friend Teddy; his sister Amie Fulmer; his nieces and nephews, Chase Fulmer, Paige Fulmer, Claire Baker, Maggie Baker and Devin Chaplin; and his family, Harmon "Gene" Baker Sr. and Gene Jr. (Laura Baker).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
