He is survived by: his father Mitry "Jim" Kirshy; his son Joseph Kirshy, II; his siblings, Mitry Michael Kirshy, Jr. (Candy), Elizabeth Grace Kirshy and William Todd Rhodes; his niece Anniston Kirshy; his nephew Mitry Kirshy; his uncle Darryl Mitry Kirshy; and his aunt Gail Kirshy.
