He was predeceased by: his parents, John D Broadway and Pearl Pierce Broadway; and his siblings, Murray Broadway, Ray Atkinson, George Atkinson, Marjorie Broadway Brinkley, Marion Broadway and Jean Marie A. Haselden.

He is survived by: his wife Helen June Obradovich Broadway; his children, Debbie Broadway, Rhonda Haynes (Jerry) and Glenn Haselden (Cathy); his grandchildren, Corey Broadway Haynes (Brittany Parsons) and Hunter Keith Haynes; and his great grandchild Lillian Pearl Haynes.
