He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Kincaid and Helen Clotts Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Betty Schweikart Kincaid; his children, Frank Kincaid (Nancy), Vicki Gandy (Scott) and Chris Hales (Mitchell); and his siblings, Fran Williams (John) and George Kincaid. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
