He is survived by: his wife Cherrie Johnson Dean; his children, Alex Dean of Florence and Ravyn Dean (Corey) of Florence; and his siblings, Candace Dean King of Stockton, CA, Linda Portell of Colleton County, SC and Creston W. Dean of Richland. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
