He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee and Lillie Mae Martin Lee; and his siblings, Ann Lee Hutto (Joseph "BoJack"), Patricia Lee Chaplin (Marvin "Red") and Marion "Bull" Lee (Hettie Lou).
He is survived by: his wife Jean Floyd Lee; his daughters, Debbie (Stephen Orander) and Pam (John Jacobs); his grandchildren, Holland Jacobs (Matthew Holliday), Natalie Jacobs, Nicholas Jacobs (Carrie Metts) and Carlee Orander (Ethan White); his brother-in-law Frank Floyd; and also, Bertie, Pam E, Pam A, Katherine "Kat", Lorraine and Angelina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
