She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Amick and Clyde Richardson Amick; her spouse Louie B. Lawrence, Jr.; and her sisters, Annie Boozer and Joyce Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Severance (Gary) and Charmon Shuler (Kevin); her siblings, John Willie Amick, Royce Amick and Nell Derrick; her grandchildren, Zachary Shuler, Adam Shuler (Tori), Luke Severance and Anna Grace Severance; and her great grandchild Rylee Shuler.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home (4210 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Peniel Bapist Church (4186 Twin Church Rd, Timmonsville, SC 29161). A burial was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at the same location.
