He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Vance Chatlosh and Janmarie Hart Chatlosh; his son Cooper Vance Chatlosh; his brother Justin Chatlosh (Brittney); his nephews, Hart and Cameron; and his grandparents, Sandra L. Price (Jay) and Harold Vance Chatlosh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Park Children's Ministry, to St. Paul UMC daycare, or to the McLeod NICU.
