She was predeceased by: her husband James Cyril Jordan Sr.; her children, James "Jimmy" Cyril Jordan Jr. and Thomas "Tommy" Wilson Jordan; and her sisters, Virginia Goud Chandler, June Goud Truluck and Theodocia Goud Jones.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, James "Jay" Cyril Jordan III and Leslie Aaron Jordan Outlaw; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Outlaw, Wyatt Outlaw and Penelope Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janie's memory to the Evergreen Baptist Church for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, a cause she held close to her heart.
