He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Osborne Galbraith of Florence; his children, Sarah Welch (Clay) of Florence and Travis Galbraith of Florence; his stepchildren, Lori Smearing (Tim) of Cross, SC, Todd Browder (Tammy) of Florence, Dawn Lynch (Joe) of Florence, April Blackman (Joe) of Darlington, Michele Parrott (Scott) of Timmonsville, Melissa Timmons (Ron) of Lake City, SC and Nikki Browder of Coward; and his grandchildren, Andrew Welch and Valerie Welch. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren.
