It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Parrott of Florence, South Carolina, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James Covington Parrott and Retta Stephenson Parrott; his wife Charlotte "Alysia" Stroud Parrott; and his sons, Tyler and Ashton Parrott.
