He was predeceased by: his mother Jean; and his grandmother Dorothy Zeimetz. He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his daughter Samantha; his father Jeff; his sisters, Jennifer Chera (Bhisham), Jessica Johnson (Chris) and Jasmine; and his mother-in-law Peggy Fleiner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
