She was predeceased by: her parents, Wellins Purvis and Lola Bell Freeman Purvis; her husband John T. Davis, Jr.; her sons, Marvin Davis, Bobby Davis and Joe Davis; and her sister Doris Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Davis, Isabell Jeffords (Gene), Geraldine Morris and Peggy Cook (Terry); and her daughter-in-law Betty Davis. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren; sister.
