She is survived by: her husband Ulrich Peter Paul Jacob; her children, David Ulrich Rosenstein Jacob and Lisa Flowers; her daughter-in-law Carmen Elizabeth Jacob; her nephew Daniel Clarke; her grandchildren, Cara Elizabeth Pope, Annalisa Marjorie Jacob and Ori Daniel Jacob; her parents, Anna Mykyczuk Pedersen and Svend Pedersen; and her siblings, Annalise Clarke and Torben Pedersen.
