He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Oliver Worrell, Sr. and Maggie Theresa Oliver Worrell. He is survived by: his daughter Tess Donohue (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Olivia Reese and Aidan Patrick. He is also survived by niece, nephews, cousins, and friends.
