He was predeceased by: his parent Ina Whetstone. He is survived by: his parent Festus Livingston, Sr.; his spouse Eleanor Gandy Livingston; his children, Robert Herman Livingston (Julia) of Summerfield, NC and Eleanor Diane Pitts (Lillard) of Greensboro, NC.; his grandchildren, Miriam Pitts of Mt, Jarrett Pitts (Virginia) of Asheville, NC and Jenna Livingston of Summerfield, NC.; and his brothers, Lanier Stokes Livingston (Ina Claire) of Easley, SC, Marvin Whetstone Livingston of Mt and George Theron Livingston (Nancy) of North, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 5446, Florence, SC 29502.
