He is survived by: his wife Ann Steele Person; his children, Pamela Ellis of West Columbia and Earl Person of Florence; his grandson Brent Bateman (Jenn); his great grandchild Bruce of Augusta; his grandchild Ryan Bateman (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Leland, Archer of Greenville, Heather McCants (Kyle), Kallie and Korlie of West Columbia; his brother Lee (Johnnie); his friends, Dr. Robert Dunn, Jan Person, Dena Craft and Lisa Kyzer; and his daughter Emmie.
