He is survived by: his children, Roger Dale Calcutt (Cheryl), Annette Conner (Dale) and Mitzi Lee (Joe); his sister Emma Hill; his grandchildren, Kristin Lee, Kacie Flowers (Andrew), Henry Joe Lee III (Nicole) and Dawson Conner; and his great grandchildren, Paul Thomas Brigman, Sean Wildes Flowers, Lively Madison Flowers and Henry Joe Lee IV.
