He is survived by: his wife Minnie B. Outlaw Hatcher; his daughters, Terry Hatcher of Seattle, WA, Tami Hatcher Strait (Kevin) of San Antonio, TX, Gay Rae Hatcher of Florence, SC and Tina Hatcher Alborg (Dwight) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Celeste Windham, Christopher Windham, Katlyn Farmer, Samuel Strait, Landon Moser and Kayla Strait; and his sisters, Sybil Wiggins (Buddy) of Sellars, SC and Betty Lisenby (Ken) of Jacksonville, FL..
