With solemn reverence, we commemorate Flora Mae Poston of Florence, South Carolina, whose life came to an end on February 6, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullie McKissick and Eloise Pearl Haselton Turner; her son Timothy Austin Poston; her siblings, Carlyle McKissick and Della Sue Campbell; the father of her children Richard Austin Poston; and her husband Robert Wesley Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Allen Poston, Jeffrey Brice Poston, Deborah Janice Hudson and Teresa Laurence. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prospect Church (1256 Big Swamp Rd, Pamplico, SC 29583). A reception was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
