He is survived by: his sons, Tracy Dean Hayes (Susie) and Mitchell Berry Hayes; his grandchildren, Hunter Dean Hayes and Breanna Elizabeth Hayes; his sisters, Vonnie Turner (David), Jerri Fraley (Van) and Margaret Stone; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Hayes.
