He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ward and Lucille Edens Ward; and his brothers, William Marshall, T. J. Marshall and Frank Ward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ward and Kate Bryant (Lee); his sister Cecelia M. Montgomery; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Jacob and Eden.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home (4210 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
