She is survived by: her husband Johnny Shelton; her sons, Jonathan (Meagan) and David (Shanise); her grandchildren, Johnathan Fernandez, JoAnna Shelton, Peyton and Malachi Shelton; and her siblings, Leshia Brooks (Barry), Loretta Kersey (Michael), Lionel Walker (Belinda) and Eddie Walker. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
