He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila Farmer Tart; his stepchildren, Shanethia Ross and Natasha Vereen; his children, Jamika Wade Hayes, Shieanna Barr, Earnest Tart, Marcus Tart and Michael Tart; and his mother-in-law Ernestine Farmer.
