He is survived by: his parent Creesie Cooper Wiggins; his wife Nell Floyd Wiggins; his daughter Crystal Wiggins Bryant (Chad); his grandchildren, Ethan, Devin, Ava, Dylan, Isaac and Stonewall; and his sister Ann Toniolo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
