She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Leveling, Sr. and Catherine Brummer Leveling; her son Michael L. Mims; and her siblings, Anthony Leveling, Charles Leveling, Ernestine Kull, Rosemary Allvin and Catherine Ann Leveling.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Kull and Melinda Mims Thompson. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
