She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Edward and Beatrice Mae McFarlane Bohne; her husband Curtis Wayne Smith; her daughter Julie Lynn Canipe (Mike); her brother Donald Neil Bohne; and her close friend Betsy Olive.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Florence Area Humane Society, to the Shriner's Children's Hospital or St. Jude.
