He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Lee of Florence; his children, Scotty Lee (Stephanie) and Monica Calcutt (Rhett); his grandchildren, Riley Calcutt and Matthew Lee; his brothers, Ronald Lee (Wanda), Jimmy Lee (Mary Beth) and Gerald Lee (Cynthia); and his sister-in-law Sandra Lee.
