He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hoyt Vivian and Amy Wooster Smith; his wife Vicki McGee Smith; his daughters, Kim Smith Overbay (Keith) and Kristin Smith Creveling (Rob); his grandchildren, Tyler Overbay, Katelyn Overbay, Tripp Creveling, Madison Creveling and Kinsley Creveling; his brother Alan Smith (Debbie); his nephew Jason Smith (Brooke); and his niece Cecelia Smith Moore.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Florence Memorial Gardens (3320 S Cashua Dr, Florence, SC 29501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The King's Academy.
