He was predeceased by: his parent Dalmage Waddell Welch; his wife Willadean Welch; and his brother Tony Welch. He is survived by: his mother Stella Hopkins Welch of Florence; and his sisters, Beverly Gasque (Dale) of Mullins, SC, Debbie Smith (David) of Tennessee, Donna Coleman of Florence and Renee Welch of Florence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
