He was predeceased by: his parents, Savage Bailey and Elizabeth Winchester Bailey; his child Tracey Elizabeth Bailey; and his sister Crystal Dickens. He is survived by: his son Scott Bailey (Tonya); the mother of his children Arlene Wilson; his grandchildren, Conner, Sarah Beth and Matthew Bailey; his sister Kitty Harper; and his nephews, Lee Harper (Kimberly), Brooks Harper (Sandy) and Dan Harper (Emily).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cain Calcutt Funeral Home (512 2nd Loop Rd, Florence, SC 29505).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Samaritan's Purse or to McLeod Hospice House.
