He is survived by: his wife Lorretta Werts Cox; his children, Jimmy Cox (Roxanne) and Stewart Billingsley (Shannon); his grandsons, David Cox (Kim), Seth Billingsley (Rachel), Steven Cox (Kunhee) and Ethan Billingsley (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Abigail Billingsley and Charlotte Cox; and his sister Ruth Sandifer of Florence.
