He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kermit and Adelita Lopez Randall. He is survived by: his wife Penny C. Randall of Florence; his sons, David Randall (Emily Gilroy) of Tallahassee, FL and Brent Spivey (Kristina) of Fletcher, NC; his grandchildren, Kennedy and Wyatt Spivey; his brother Paul Van Gent (Ramona) of Florence; and his niece Sarah Green (Barney) of Florence.
