He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Byrd Miles and Robinson Bubba Miles; and his brother Wayne Miles. He is survived by: his wife Charity B. Miles; his daughter Monique Thomas (Michael, Jr.); his siblings, Leonard Hankins, Jr. and Robin Diane Miles; his mother-in-law Ruth Brown; his sisters-in-law, Melissa Alexander and Margaret Brown; his grandchildren, Micah Thomas and Laila Thomas; his nephews, Skylar Miles, Kristopher Alexander and Brent Brown (Courtney); his niece Jordan Alexander; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar Miles, Jr., Kyson Miles, Alana Brown and Aria Brown; his friend Margaret Robinson; and his pet Chase. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
