He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Poston and Lee Allen Poston; and his sister Alice Bazen. He is survived by: his wife Melba Morris Poston; his stepchildren, Kimberly Poston Adams (Kinchen), Kennan Poston (Christy) and Tracy Scott Gandy (Vicki); his brother Gerald Poston (Gloria); and his pets, Tootsie, Nuggett and Sophie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
