It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence S. Davis Jr. MD of Florence, South Carolina, born in Mullins, South Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalyn Senseney Davis; and his parents, Clarence S. Davis, Sr. and Ruth White Davis. He is survived by: his children, Clarence S. Davis, III, Jeannie Davis Powell (Hartley) and Evie Davis Bunge (John); and his grandchildren, Michael McDonald Davis, MD (Leah), James Greenlee Davis, Kathryn Elizabeth Davis, Caroline Rosalyn Davis, Davis Hartley Powell (Kate), Preston Correll Powell (Sam), John Frederick Bunge, Jr. (Kaitlin) and Hannah Rosalyn Bunge. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
