He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor V. Fraley and Frances Evelyn Gore Fraley; and his sister Anita Gaye Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Julie Griffin Fraley; his son Christopher Mark Fraley II (Crystal); his granddaughter Elizabeth Fraley; his stepchildren, Tara Cooper, Robert Howerton and Austin Howerton (Clarissa); and his siblings, Stephen Victor Fraley, Pamela Suzanne Palmer and Kathryn Lynn Cooper (Ben). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
