With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecilia Alerio Hawley of Florence, South Carolina, born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Alerio and Marie DeRosa Alerio; her husband Robert Charles "Bob" Hawley; her son David Clarence Tyndall; and her siblings, Josephine Alerio Benson and Matthew Alerio.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Foxworth (Ray) and Thomas VanGorder; and her grandchildren, Douglas Foxworth, Ann Foxworth and Mark VanGorder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
