With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cebie Katheryn Schnibben Perkins of Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David Lee Perkins; and her parents, George Schnibben and Julia Schnibben. She is survived by: her siblings, George Schnibben (Cindy) and Julie Vinson (Mark); her nieces and nephews, Jonathan (April), David (Alix), Thomas Schnibben, Sara Maclachlan (James), Daniel (Alex) and Matthew Vinson (Kalei); her great-nieces and great-nephews, McKinney, Maxton, Alastair, Josephine, Dexter Schnibben, Nate, Brody Maclachlan and Jack Vinson; and her friend Phil Killian.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Luke Lutheran Church or to the Florence Area Humane Society.
