She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvanus Cottrell and Ann Cottrell. She is survived by: her husband Steven O'Hair; and her siblings, James Cottrell, Stephen Cottrell (Kathy) and Susan Carmichael. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
