She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Tedder and Bertha Evans Tedder; her husband William "Bill" Banks; and her siblings, Larue Tedder, Kelly Tedder, Roosevelt Tedder, Louise Oliver, Thelma Dorrell, Mildred Vause, Magdalene Kirby, Nell Caulder and Lorine Montrose.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Banks of Myrtle Beach, SC and Tracey Smith (Charles) of Darlington, SC; and her grandchildren, Jessica Banks, Meagan Young, Jimmy Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
